Remanufactured/Refurbished/ Demo Units - All equipment purchased comes with 90 day labor and 1 year parts warranty. eOn Fitness will warranty any labor for 90 days for non-commercial use only starting on the delivery date of equipment regardless used or not. eOn Fitness has a right to rectify any problem with customer before determining if a certified technician will be used. eOn Fitness will also have the authority to decide which technician will be used for any warranty work; otherwise all warranty may be voided. eOn Fitness will NOT be held responsible for any injuries, loss of business due to mechanical malfunctions or any other mishaps due to equipment purchased from eOn Fitness. - 6 months limited parts exchange warranty on commercial use.
- 1 year limited parts exchange warranty on private use.

- All warranty issues at the discretion and authorization of eOn Fitness only.
- Any technicians are to be certified or authorized by eOn Fitness.
- Any parts shipped are paid by eOn Fitness and all parts returned to eOn Fitness are paid by customer unless otherwise stated.
- All equipment must be regularly maintained by a certified technician during warranty period.
- Any damages to equipment upon arrival at destination must be reported to eOn Fitness immediately and while shipper is present, otherwise eOn Fitness will NOT beheld accountable in any way.
